CORFU

Known as the Garden Isle of The Ionian, Corfu boasts numerous palaces, museums, fortresses, archaeological sites and over 120 beaches.

 

The entire old city of Corfu Town is declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is an eclectic mix of old and new. Castles, ancient ruins, gracious mansions, narrow streets are clustered around a sheltered harbour.

 

Corfu is home to a significant mountain range with valleys and rivers, waterfalls, lagoons and numerous caves to explore.

Once you reach the coastline, elegant hotels, sand and shingle beaches, small traditional fishing villages and the warm waters of the Ionian Sea await.

 

The beaches are also beautiful on the neighbouring isles of Paxos and Antipaxos, both easily reached by boat from Corfu Town’s harbour.

SVART HEALTH AND WELLNESS HOTEL

Located in the Norwegian Arctic Circle, the Svart Health and Wellness Hotel is set to pioneer a new responsible travel and wellness experience.

The solar-powered property, which will harvest more energy than it consumes over its lifetime will open in 2022. It sits at the foot of the Svartisen Glacier, on stilts over the waters of the Holandsfjorden Fjord.

The hotel will offer a spectacular indoor-outdoor wellness hub, where there will be treatment rooms with outdoor bathing facilities, a relaxation lounge, swimming pool, yoga and sound-healing studio, steam rooms and gym.

 

Guests will be able to sign up for personalised wellness plans. Programmes will target the mind, body and skin, with a wide range of treatments, nutrition coaching and outdoor activities including ice climbing, yoga, diving, cycling, kayaking, fishing and foraging.
